Hofstetter, finding defendants liable for common law fraud, breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and for violating the Ohio Consumer Sales Practices Act, Ohio Rev. Code Ann. § 1345.01, et seq. Fletcher and Johnson also appeal from the portion of the jury's verdict imposing liability under the federal Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO), 18 U.S.C. § 1961, et seq. For the following reasons, the award of damages is affirmed.
